Key Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with Implementing maintaining and monitoring the quality management system for engineering construction projects to meet ISO 9000 standards requirements.

2. Able to organize and conduct quality meeting quality control activities to prepare and submit weekly / month reports to management & the Client.

3. Experience in reviewing quality plan method of construction inspection procedures etc. submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.

Education & Experience:

1. Recognized degree in Building Services or Engineering related fields.

2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in design and construction on building system with good emphasis on quality related works.

3. Good understanding of engineering construction and installation works.

4. Familiar with ISO 9000 standards and other international codes local industrial and authority requirements.

5. Possess internal or external auditor experience is a plus.

Skills / Competencies:

1. Possess a positive & customer focused attitude and able to work under pressure.

2. Possess good communication leadership and analytical skills.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and proven project management capabilities.

4. Proven skills and ability to effectively coordinate work assignment at all level within the company and with outside services and organizations.

5. Good command of Microsoft Office.

6. Self motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes.

7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
